Can anyone help me on my computer problems?
I jammed the on/off button on my computer. It was stuck and it made a weird noise like it was continuously starting up along with the flashing of light that tells you that the computer is busy.I unplugged it, opened up my computer, and unjammed the button. When i went back to turn on my computer it still made the weird noise and had the light flashing.I tried pressing and holding the button until it turned off but it wouldn't turn off.Eventually i think it stopped because it burned out.I unplug it and plug it back in and the noise starts sounding again and the light flashing again.

- I am not sure of what you are describing (weird noise). Is this a continuing beeping noise? If so, this points to the warning sign sound that comes from the audio inside you computer mother board, which is directing you to your memory modules or your processor. Most of the time, this can be corrected by pulling your memory modules out and putting them back in. The processor takes a little longer to pull due to unsnapping the processor fan and pulling out the processor and putting it back into place. You do each one at a time. That means pulling your memory modules and put them back in and turn on your computer and see if the problem is corrected. If this doesn't work then go to your processor and pull it and replace it. Turn back on your computer and see if the problem is corrected. Always remember to turn your computer off and unplug it each time you want to touch anything inside of your tower case. It is a safety issue for your health and the well fare of your computer.
- When the button got jammed, it may have bent the contacts inside the switch and causing a short inside the switch. You may need to replace the switch itself.
