1. We deal with customers everyday. If our systems our down the biggest effect is the efficiency that we can run our office and service our customers. For each transaction without a computer processing the order, a manual order has to be taken (slower and more room for errors). When the systems finally come back up....you have to continue to wait on new customers while re-entering all the old manual orders. The employees tend to get pretty frustrated with repeated computer issues and will cause them to socialize more because they don't want to deal with new customers due to the 'double work load'.
