  1. Are you planing on opening one? If so, go blow a goat, you obviously have no clue what you are getting into.
  2. Things to be noted in a cybercafe. 1) A good ISP with a prompt service staff. 2) Proper installation of computers, and cabling. 3) A person who can handle hardware problems as they occur, if you do not have a AMC with the company you purchased computers from. 4) Licensed windows software on each computer. 5) Antivirus program. (You get windows defender as an antispyware, and windows built in firewall, plus automatic updates of windows if you have licensed copies of windows) 6) Perhaps you will need a internet cafe management software, if you are not planning to keep manual records of transaction. 7) It is advisable to run all computers in a limited user account, and not in an administrative account. It will be better if you disable task manager and registry tools on all computers, so that your computers will be safe from harmful system changes done by malware during constant internet use. 8) Disable Autocomplete on each computer, so that users login names and passwords are not stored in the browser. 9) Set your browser to empty cache as soon as the browser closes, and set the internet history to be kept to zero. You do not want to have a list of internet sites browsed by a user visible to another user.
  3. If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. Detailed instructions at http://tinyurl.com/yk5zpr
