How do I resolve a computer problem-When I try to burn a CD, the computer shuts down.What can be causing this?
I get an error message that says it's the antivirus software, but I tried to burn a CD after I shut the antivirus off and it didn't shut down the computer, but it didn't burn a CD either. Can anyone help me with this problem?

- Re-install your cd burning utility,, and check for your firewall settings,,,
- also run you virus program and spyware programs to make sure that a virus isn't the cause of the shut down you would be surprised at what they can do
